We cannot accept any liability or obligation for the information provided. The use and application of our products depend exclusively on the customer’s decision, responsibility and risk.

Age Requirement

To place an order, the customer must be 18 years or older. Therefore, each order is considered to conform to this condition.

Account

When you create a customer account, you must enter your full and accurate name. When you place an order, you must enter the correct shipping address and phone number. Otherwise, your shipment may be delayed or returned. We are not responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect data.

Order Confirmation

You will receive immediate confirmation by email when you place your order. Within 24 hours after payment confirmation, we will process your order.

Purpose of the Product

We make our products available for the sole purpose of educating consumers about the value and ethnographic and botanical interest of these products. Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption or for cosmetic use and we assume no responsibility for individual use. We maintain strict standards for identifying and obtaining products of the highest quality from the purest sources; however, we assume no responsibility for the results of experimentation and use.

Shipping Policy

As the products we sell are natural and largely based on plants, some may be restricted in your country. Products that we know are illegal in your country will not be available for order. However, it is your ultimate responsibility to ensure that all items in your order are allowed in your country. We are not responsible for packages lost by the shipper or returned, seized or destroyed products due to unforeseen customs regulations.

We currently ship from our US warehouse worldwide. All our prices include registered standard shipping with tracking. Typical delivery time is 5-7 business days for domestic orders. During checkout, you have the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service. If you need an expedited shipment or any other special option, you must contact us by email before finalizing the payment.

All packages are shipped discreetly with no external indication of the contents.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day money back policy on all orders. After receiving the shipment, the buyer must contact us within 14 days. Refunds will be given as a refund or replacement. The return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. The item must be returned in its original unopened condition for a refund.

Some products may dry out or deteriorate over long periods of time and while in transit, decreasing in value. In such cases, we will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot fully refund these returned orders. All refunds will be processed within 14 days. Shipping costs for returned orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you decide to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you can refuse it at the time of delivery. If you have already received your package, DO NOT return it until we have given you instructions on how to proceed. In principle, all sales are final, although we strive to find a mutually acceptable solution when problems arise.

Returned Packages

A charge will apply if, for any reason beyond our control, a package is returned to us and the customer requests it to be reshipped.

Delivery Time

On your invoice you will find a personalized shipping offer with approximate time estimates. However, we cannot guarantee exact dates due to various customs and/or delays in the mail service that may occur.

Shipping Tracking

All packages are shipped with certified mail with tracking, which means that the package can be tracked, requires signature and will be returned to us if it could not be delivered. Therefore, your orders are shipped quickly and safely, and will not be lost or delivered to the wrong person. When your shipment has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions provided with respect to monitoring and delivery.

Limited Liability

Neither Shamanic Secret nor any of its directors, employees or agents shall be liable for damages of any kind arising out of the use of this site or products. Use of this website and these terms of use are governed by international law.
